How to do it

Cut the onion, mixed mushrooms and garlic in small pieces and boil water for the tagliatelle pasta. Fruit the onion and garlic in some olive oil and cook the pasta. Fresh pasta only takes a few minutes.

Add the cream, truffle salsa and mushrooms to the onions and boil it down a little. Add to taste some salt and pepper.

Mix the sauce and tagliatelle together. Put it on a plate and garnish with parmesan.
