How to do it

Cook the ricotta a spinaci by following the instructions on the packaging. Fry the pine nuts until golden. Cut the Cherry tomatoes in half and finely chop the basil.

Add the pasta, tomatoes, pine nuts, arucola and pesto in a big bowl and mix. Add the basil and parmesan cheese as a garnish.
