What's in it

400 g
White beans precooked
1 middle sized
Yellow sweet pepper
1 middle sized
Red sweet pepper
1 middle sized
Onion
1 cloves
Garlic
6 middle sized
Sundried tomatoes
75 g
Aged Gouda cheese
1 spoons
Olive oil
1 pinch
Salt
3 twigs
Basil

How to do it

Chop onion and garlic and fry till glazen. Cut the sweet peppers in middle sized pieces and add to onion and garlic.

Wok for 4 min meanwhile chop the cheese in 1x1 cm cubes. Add the chopped sundried tomatoes and white beans.

Wok and heat on medium fire. As soon as the beans are well heated take wok off fire, add the cheese cubes, stir and serve with some basil leaves.

Can be served with fresh green salad and some flatbread.
