How to do it

Rinse the bulgur in a colander with cold water. Put it in a big bowl and add the salt and pepper. Add the boiling water and stir. Cover it with aluminum foil and put away for 20 minutes.

Heat up olive oil in a big pan. Cut the onion in slices and bake them for 7-8 minutes. Add Cumin seeds and bake another 1-2 minutes. Take them out of the pan and keep them aside.

Cut the mixed mushrooms. Add olive oil to the pan and heat it up on high fire. Add the mushrooms and salt and bake them for 6-7 minutes. Add the rest of the cumin and the thyme (leaves) and bake it all together for another minute. Add the balsamic vinegar and bake only 30 seconds.

Cut the dill roughly. Stir the onion and 2/3 of the dill through the bulgur. Smash the feta above it and add the chili flakes. Put it on 4 plates, put the mushrooms on top and sprinkle the rest of the dill on top of it.
