How to do it

Cut the onion in slices and the garlic cloves small Peel the potatoes and cut in squares Cut the carrots Cut the tomatoes in squares

Heat a little bit of oil in a soup pan and fry the onion till golden. Then add the garlic and tomato paste and bake for another minute

Add the vegetables, salt and chiliflakes and bake for another 5 minutes

Add the red lentils, water (all of it as it will be soaked by the lentils) and the bouillon. Stir well and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Use a handmixer to blend the ingredients and add a little extra salt or pepper when necessary

Garnish every plate with a little of small cut mint, coriander and lemon juice
