How to do it

Fry the portobello on both sides in a pan until it softens a bit

Put the portobello in an over dish and put the gorgonzola on top of it so it can melt. Put it in an oven on 180° until the cheese is melted.

Toast the hamburger buns in the meantime and grease it with truffle mayonnaise, some ketchup and the onion chutney.

Once the cheese is melted add the portobello to the bun and top it off with some arucola.
