How to do it

Before you start preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the fries like mentioned on the package. Cook the vegan shawarma in the meantime and get an oven dish.

Once the fries and shawarma are ready add the fries to the oven dish and top it off with the shawarma. Add a nice layer of Vegan grated cheese to it and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

Cut the red onion and tomato in slices. Also press the garlic and mix it up with the vegan mayonaise to make garlic sauce.

When the oven is finished: add a layer of garlic sauce and sambal oelek on top of the cheese. Then a layer of lettuce and finish it all off with slices tomato and onion. And there it is: The world famous Rotterdamse “kapsalon”! Enjoy!
