How to do it

Cut the tempeh into small strips and marinate with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Let this sit for a while before you start cooking.

Cook the rice. Cut the onion and garlic in small pieces and fry in some vegetable oil for 4 minutes in a wok. Then add the green beans as well together with the nutmeg, salt and pepper. When the beans start to color add some water and put the lid on top so the beans can steam. Do this for about 10 minutes

Fry the tempeh in another pan until they are nice and brown. If this is ready put it all together on a plate. Enjoy!
