How to do it

Put the sushi rice and water in a pan and let it boil. Let it boil for 10 minutes with the lid on. Turn the fire off after the 10 minutes and let it chill for another 15 minutes with the lid on.

Cut the tofu in small blocks and soak it in Soy sauce for a minimum of 15 minutes. Fry the tofu in a pan untill they are nice and brown.

Cut the avocado in slices and the cucumber in small blocks. Put the rice in a bowl and top it off with the cucumber, avocado, tofu, julienne carrot and edamame beans. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjou with some soy sauce and wasabi!
