What's in it

500 g
Wholegrain oatflakes (Smaakt)
20 g
Coconut flakes
80 g
Seedmixture of your choice
1 handfull
Nut mix like walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds
2 handfull
Mix of dried berries like raisins, cranberries etc
1.5 teaspoons
'5 spices'
1 teaspoons
Djahé (dried gingerroot powder)
1 teaspoons
Koek- en speculaaskruiden
1 teaspoons
Cinamon (optional)
6 spoons
Coconutoil

How to do it

Preheat the oven on 120 °C.

Gently melt the coconutoil (3 tbl sppons of set coconutoil will give you 6 tbl spoons of melted oil) in the microwave or by leaving the cup a few minutes in a deep plate with hot water

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl making sure the oil and spices are well mixed.

Line the oven bakingtray with bakingpaper and spread half of the mixture on it. The layer should not be to thick.

Bake for 10 minutes, mix and turn over with spoon and bake again till golden and crispy (another 5-10 depending on oven).

Let cool down and store in well closing containers.
