How to do it

Cut the courgette and onion in parts, put on a baking tray, season with pepper and salt and drizzle with olive oil. Add the garlic cloves with its peel. Put in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes

Boil the peas.

Cook the gnocchi, save the pasta water.

Add the peas, mint leaves (cut), avocado, Lemon juice, baked onion and courgette, and the flesh of the garlic in a blender. Add pasta water to make it a sauce with the consistency of your own preference. Season with salt and paper.

Warm up the sauce in a frying pan.

Put the pasta together with the sauce! Some nutritional yeast can be a Nice addition!
